Communication is essential in any workplace. It’s extremely hard to find a job, where you don’t have to interact with at least three people on a daily basis. However, speaking and listening are indeed hard tasks, involving understanding different nuances, cultural codes, and particularities.This also requires quite an intense concentration from both parties. A culture that doesn’t include good communication skills is one of the reasons you are getting tired at work.
