Women + Tech Holiday Party

This year's Women + Tech Holiday Party will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at OMSI! 2017 has been a big year for our communities and we are thrilled to come together, for the third year, to celebrate the holidays and what we’ve accomplished. In honor of our celebratory theme, PDXWIT and WWCode Portland will be recognizing individuals for their great work over the year.

At Women Who Code, we regularly celebrate the achievements of our members through the #ApplaudHer hashtag. We use #ApplaudHer to highlight victories ranging from accepting a new position and receiving a promotion to speaking at a conference and meeting a personal goal. The concept is simple: we believe that recognition can create change and that rewriting public perceptions can transform tech.
