10:20am - 11:00am = Round 1 (40 Minutes)
11:00am - 11:05am = Solution/Discussion
11:05am - 11:45am = Round 2 (40 Minutes)
11:45am - 11:50am = Solution/Discussion
11:50am - 12:00pm = Close
