After returning back to Taiwan 8 years ago from overseas (Australia and Canada), I experienced culture shock and clashed working with Taiwanese IT. In this workshop, I will go through my past experiences working with IT especially around communication barriers and how I managed (tried at least!) to solve them.
8年前從海外（澳大利亞和加拿大）回到台灣後，我經歷了文化衝擊，與台灣IT工作發生衝突。在本次研討會中，我將回顧我過去與 IT 合作的經驗，尤其是圍繞溝通障礙以及我是如何管理（至少嘗試過！）解決這些障礙。

Fifteen years of sofrware/digital experience in the IT industry working on projects which involve developing desktop and mobile apps, web trends and analytics, e-Commerce and digital technologies.
