Join us for this introduction to yoga workshop. Learn how to combat the health hazard of sitting too much. We'll cover postures you can do at your desk, and some meditation techniques to help reduce stress. Plan to stay after class for a bit to chat with WWC members, and enjoy some refreshments. This class is for all levels, especially beginners.

What to bring: If you have a yoga mat feel free to bring it. If not, there are mats you can borrow. Wear comfortable clothing, there's a locker room and shower if you'd like to change before or after the workshop. Bring a bottle of water. Or you can purchase water at front desk for $1.
