Welcome to WWCode Tokyo Study Group series. This is a casual weekly study session event, with no speakers or instructors. In the case that we have a national holiday or no one is available to host this event, it will be cancelled in advance.

Are you interested in working on a side project away from the distractions of work? Are you interested in improving your coding skills by regular practice? Come to our weekly study group and get some focus-time for yourself.

📌 How does it work?

◆ This is a casual self-study session, there is no speaker or instructor
◆ You can come alone or with someone else you want to study/work with
◆ You can come in and leave at any time, there is no agenda
◆ It's just like a co-working space, to focus on studying or working on a side-project, but you have the chance to talk to someone else if you want
◆ We don't provide food for this event, but you can bring your own if you want
◆ Join our Slack group (#tokyo-study-group channel) to chat with other people during the study group or share links (ask for an invitation when you arrive at the event)

📌 Who can join this event?

This event is free and targeted to professional engineers or anyone studying or working in roles related to engineering and technology (entrepreneurs, product managers, designers, etc).

This event is for community building and knowledge sharing. We politely ask that recruiters and IT service consultants looking to hire or sell their services do not come to this event.

WWCode Tokyo strives to be an inclusive and safe space. We are a multilingual group, and we welcome anyone interested in the main purpose of the event regardless of nationality, language, gender or skill level.

If we identify any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior that does not comply with the event purpose, we will ask you to leave.
