We really need more diversity! We at Women Who Code are resoluted to encourage more women to participate in hackathons. How, do you ask? By organizing our "Ideathon"!
At this workshop, you will be given the opportunity to learn how to build your business framework and its prototype.
So bring your ideas and let’s turn them into reality!
This event is powered by Le Wagon Tokyo and partnership with Junction Tokyo.
📌Objectives
We will be covering the following key steps to help you bring your business ideas to life:
- Discovering your target users, the issues they face, and the potential solutions to their problems;
- Defining your unique value propositions;
- Identifying your core user journey;
- Designing & prototyping your full-fledged product with Figma.
📌Agenda

13:30- Product Design Sprint 101 (1h30min lecture);
15:00- Team assembling(15min);
15:15- Idea operationalization & Added value (30 min)
15:45- Core User Journey & Prototyping (2 hours)
17:45- Pitching (30 min)
📌Pre-requisite
- No pre-requisite; this is a workshop for beginners!
- Ideally, come with a cool business idea - even if it seems crazy! Try thinking out of the box.
- Bring your own laptop.
- Install Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/) and Figma (https://www.figma.com).
📌 About Le Wagon Tokyo
Le Wagon Tokyo (https://www.lewagon.com/tokyo) is a coding school for startups, creative people and tech entrepreneurs. Our 9-week full-time and 24-week part-time Full-Stack Coding Bootcamps (https://www.lewagon.com/program) are designed for complete beginners or "half-beginners" who really want to dive into programming and, above all, change their mindset. WWCode Tokyo strives to be an inclusive and safe space. We are a multilingual group, and all women in tech (or interested in tech) are encouraged to join! Beginners welcome.
