We invite you for an exceptional workshop and presentation on pay negotiation and how to #ASK4MORE (https://www.levo.com/ask4more) as a female engineer in a male-dominated industry.

The Gender Pay Gap is real. Carrie is a negotiation strategist, executive and leadership coach, and expert in “The Art of Negotiation for Women”. As a former executive and practicing lawyer, Carrie gets the challenges leaders face, and women leaders in particular. She works with ENS International as a Negotiation Strategist, providing strategic consulting and skills training workshops for global companies in the mining and resource sectors, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare and food packaging industries, as well as federal and provincial or state governments.

Carrie was adjunct professor at UBC’s Faculty of Law for nine years, where she taught Negotiation, and Mediation Advocacy, and previously at the Universities of Toronto and Windsor, and York University. She was Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC, Director of the University of Windsor Mediation Services, and Chief Legal Counsel to the Ontario Pay Equity Commission.

Carrie's understanding of the value of personal development, psychology and adult learning models, has infused her work as a facilitator, mediator and conflict resolution practitioner.

She is author of the forthcoming book, E.A.R.N. Your Worth™: Overcome the Top 7 Mistakes in Salary Negotiation to Get the Career and Life You Want, and a sought-after speaker and facilitator at conferences throughout North America, including an invitation by the White House. She treasures her Christmas card from the Clintons.
