Come sample our Women Writing for (a) Change writing circles in Jacksonville and begin to explore writing fiction, using your own life as a creative source.
The class is a "sampler" for our Fall Series, which begins the following week. In that series, we'll look at flash fiction, short stories, and novel structure. Learn to tell a story—your story—in all it's creative possibilities.
You don't have to be a professional writer to join in. Use this class to find out more about the amazing process used by thousands of women across the country to develop their authentic voice through writing and community-building. We'll use prompts, poetry and prose to practice many different writing techniques.
WHEN: August 31, 2016, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
WHERE: Unity Plaza Community Room
CLASS SIZE: Limited to 15 spaces.
FEE: $25 for the sampler (non-refundable unless cancelled two weeks before class)
