Write + Hike: A Writing Adventure

Join us for an outing to the Marjorie K. Rawlings State Park for a hike, a write, and a special tour of MKR's home, Cross Creek!

We're going on a special expedition to the Marjorie K. Rawlings State Park in honor of her love for Cross Creek, the waterway next to her Florida homestead.

Join us for a hike, a write, and a special tour of MKR's home. You'll also have a chance to meet some of the artists from our Rivers Exhibition, including curator Mallory O'Connor.

We will take a tour, hike the property, and sit down for a short writing circle to document our experiences. Bring your own lawn chair, water, and a snack so you can stay comfortable during the experience.
