Agile has dramatically improved our ability to deliver faster. But speed alone does not guarantee that we are building the right product.
Drawing on a successful hands-on Product Management simulation delivered at the PMI/Agile conference and with client teams, this session explores the Product delivery lifecycle and the many voices a Product Manager must navigate—from customer, the market and business to technology, design, delivery, and stakeholders.
Using the Vision, Value & Validation framework, together we will explore how Product Managers turn customer problems into product decisions, balance competing perspectives, validate assumptions, and maintain clarity from idea to delivery and beyond.
Because delivering faster only matters when we are confident delivering the right thing.

Bio
Cherifa is a Business Agility Lead with extensive experience in transformation and continual improvement. She brings a rare combination of sharp product thinking, business architecture depth, and a consistent bias toward measurable outcomes over activity.
She has guided organizations in adopting Agile and flow metrics, driving value management, driving end-to-end product delivery and optimizing portfolio execution. With a background in SAFe deployment, she helps leaders align strategy with execution. She has coached Product managers, Product owners and teams on Agile adoption and champions data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about enabling sustainable change, and enjoys empowering teams to continuously improve and deliver meaningful outcomes.
