She has been supporting organizations across regions like North America and APAC across diverse sectors such as scientific community, fintech, retail, insurance, non-profit foundations and federal government. Divya brings over 18 years of an international human resources and leadership development experience working with teams across geographies. Divya is a certified coach and holds a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in Hogan Assessments and Energy Leadership Index. Loredana Calin is an agilist (CSM, ICP, SP), a mentor, a poet, a translator, an interpreter, and an instructor. She holds an MA from American University and she is an avid volunteer. She is a co-organizer for the DC Women in Agile and Lean in Agile Meetup groups and is a leadership team member for the Mentor-Protégé Program with WIT (Women in Technology). Loredana relentlessly promotes, encourages, and believes in women, always trusting that the power of We is greater than the power of Me. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and uses her enthusiasm and positivity to encourage others to believe in themselves, abiding by the mantra that you are the protagonist of your own story. Loredana believes in sustainability and practices gratitude and mindfulness meditation daily. Her compassion and generosity are exemplified in her being the loving mother of two amazing young men, a really lucky spouse, a devoted daughter, and a trusted friend to many. We are extremely excited to have Neha Govil do the graphic recording for our session. Neha Govil is a visual thinking specialist who works with mission-driven leaders to bring their ideas to action. Her expertise is in drawing real-time sketch notes to make complex ideas accessible, build sustainable agreements and catalyze learning. Neha draws on her experience of working on performance excellence and change management in businesses and nonprofits across the globe with two of the world’s largest management advisory firms. She is the founder of ThinkALOUD Coaching, an International Coach Federation certified coach, and a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index. Neha was born, raised, and educated in India, now lives in Atlanta, Georgia and together with her husband finds everyday joy in raising their third-culture little ones!
