THE SCENARIO:
DEVELOPER: "Um, in future planning sessions, we think you should write out all the user stories for us. It'll save us a lot of time- so we can get to the important stuff: actually coding. While you're at it, could you please schedule all our meetings for us?"
SCRUM MASTER: (smiles tensely, while anxiously searching mind for how to respond to this constructively)....FILL IN APPROPRIATE RESPONSE HERE???!!!
**********************************************************************************
Have you experienced something like the above scenario? How did it go?
Join us as we discuss our own experiences and fears, while also learning what some of the experts have to say on this topic. By the end, you'll have a clearer idea of how you might 'fill in an appropriate response' in the dialogue above.
