Andreia Otto
Andreia is Site Reliability Engineer Director at Adidas, based in Herzogenaurach - Germany. She and her team are responsible for the eCommerce backend services stability. Working daily to improve services reliability focusing on resilience and observability. She started her career as a Microsoft development consultant and over the years focused on DevOps and SRE practices. Outside work, Andreia is all about nature and dogs, when she is not working, she is probably hiking with her dogs.

Shay Abdollahzadegan
Shay is a DevOps engineer at Trivago, where their team supports the internal software landscape in Trivago including web apps and financial middlewares. She started her career in Trivago as IT-Support, got the opportunity to develop herself and found her passion for cloud Infrastructure.

Shay was born, studied, and worked in Iran then moved to Germany almost 7 years ago where she met her husband and became a mom of a loving son. In her free time, she is either discovering new sightseeing around Dusseldorf with her family or spending time with friends.

Júlia Biró
Júlia has 7 years of experience working as an infrastructure/DevOps engineer, currently, she is an SRE at Contentful. She is especially interested in monitoring and incident response, and how humans and machines work together in a software development process, and how that affects the reliability of a service. Outside of work she is engaged with organizations that invite people into tech, she has taught girls, women and artists to code.

Gloria Semme
Gloria currently leads the SRE Team at SoundCloud focusing on reliability, scalability, and distributed storage. She has a background in mathematics and is passionate about distributed systems, data-intensive applications, and everything at scale. Outside of work, Gloria loves climbing and spending time in nature (maths is everywhere to be found in nature).
