Lunch & Learn - The power of people in digital transformation

Dear Basel WDS Community, Please be invited to the first online Lunch & Learn session hosted by the WDS Zurich Team! -------------------------------------------- The online Lunch & Learn sessions aim at exchanging insights on our shared passion for the world of digital while giving you key learnings that you can use in your professional life. For this first session of our Lunch & Learn series, we are pleased to welcome Angélique Zessin, Digital Change Consultant at Atos, to share insights on how to successfully manage the « people » side of change. After this session, you will know basic techniques for facilitating people to change in order to fully realize the business value of your digital transformation initiative. Angelique will leverage technology to make you actively participate in the session: get ready to get engaged and entertained! Digital transformation is not only about technology. It's also about people who are ready, willing, and able to change. We look forward to exchanging with you online! Your WDS Zurich Ambassadors, Tina, Gia, Dafina and Marine

How to use LinkedIn to its full potential to find new customers or a new job?

The COVID-19 crisis has imposed a forced acceleration of the digital transformation of companies and continues to do so. Salespeople are increasingly forced to reduce their customer visits, and cold- calling is often very discouraging for many of them. Reaching out to a person you have targeted via LinkedIn, who is indirectly part of your existing network, proves to be much more effective, and have high conversions as well. But how do you use this tool, which is abstruse for many? On the other hand, "networking" is more important than ever to evolve in one's career and meet one's future employer. LinkedIn, if used properly, is the ideal medium to use to find your next job outside of your company. This is what I hope to show you in this Meetup, as interactively as possible so that you can practice the tool for an hour. Send your questions beforehand to the WDS meetup organizers or to me directly, they will help me to answer more precisely to your expectations, and of course, I will be happy if you offer your personal tips as well! See you soon for this exchange, looking forward to seeing you all virtually!
