Travel brands today have to facilitate seamless transactions across devices and channels and promote meaningful personal engagement based on analytics.
Travelers design and customise their journey on the go. Connecting with travelers at every step of the journey is the only way to build the brand's loyalty. And the expectation is as high in times of difficulties when technology is backed up by human interactions to manage the disruption. The savy travelers oblige travel brands to experiment with many tech innovations to fullfill the travelers' expectations and deliver the ultimate holiday experience.

Amelie Malfoy is Chief Marketing Officer of OYO vacation homes, which is part of OYO hotels, the biggest Asian hotel business. Prior to OYO, she was part of the leadership team of HomeAway (Expedia) in European and global marketing roles. Experienced in building brands with technology and data. Amelie has a passion for travel and enjoys skiing and the great outdoors.
