The Legal Geek Mentorship Programme connects mentors and mentees across the legal industry, with a focus on supporting underrepresented groups. We enable participants to create meaningful two-way relationships based on the exchange of knowledge and experience, with the goal of maximising mentees’ potential and developing a pipeline of future leaders.
Our next cohort will continue to focus on addressing the underrepresentation of the following groups in leadership roles in the legal industry, and we invite them to join us as mentees:
Women People from black and ethnic minority backgrounds People with disabilities Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds
