What we're about

Our purpose is to enable women and other underrepresented groups to live their interest in technology and have a network for knowledge exchange.

Unser Ziel ist es Frauen und andere unterrepräsentierte Gruppen für technische Berufe zu begeistern und gleichzeitig einen Raum für den gemeinsamen Wissensaustausch zu gestalten.

Working out Loud: Why, what and How?

Online event

Create networks that matter with Working Out Loud (WOL) and experience what WOL can do for you! Working Out Loud (WOL) helps you build relationships that matter, that can help you in some way. For an organization, it creates a more collaborative, innovative culture. Working Out Loud Circles are small peer support groups in which you build relationships related to a goal, using simple structured guides over 12 weeks. Over that time, you develop habits & a mindset you can apply to any goal. WOL Circles are now in over 31 countries and a wide range of organizations, among them World Bank, Audi, Bosch, BMW, Continental, Daimler. Networks based on generosity, visibility, targeted cooperation, and the kind of mindset that encourages growth are a fundamental part of Working Out Loud. In this 12 weeks process, self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and transparent working methods across different organizational and hierarchical levels help the participants to come to terms with change cycles spinning faster and faster as time goes by. This is essential to survive in an ever more complex world (VUCA) – both as an organization and as an individual employee. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Since we can't predict how the Corona pandemic will develop in the next months, we will prepare for a remote session. If it is possible we will revisit our plan and might switch to a f2f session.
