Charlotte has a vibrant and rapidly expanding technology community with a pool of incredible talent that grows deeper every day. If you’re a Carolina native or a recent transplant, a tenured veteran or fresh out of your first coding class, we invite you to grow your skills both professionally and technically, discuss the issues facing our field, and share skills and experiences with women here in Charlotte. We hope you’ll join us in building a strong, supportive community of professional women in technology!

Finding a Career that Plays to your Strengths

Are you as excited about self-development as we are? Then we have planned a great event just for you. Steph Bauer will talk about how to identify and evaluate your capabilities and find a career that plays to your strengths. After you register for the event, we suggest you to take a 12 minute personality test to learn more about your strengths and weaknesses. We will use this info during our lunch&learn discussion on October 14th from 12:00 to 1:15 pm. Steph Bauer is Cognizant’s North America Product Management Lead. In her role, she is responsible for building a team of Product Managers who develop innovative and valuable digital solutions for their clients. Steph has developed products across numerous industries and loves coaching others on how to be successful in a Product Management role. She is on the board of Carolina Women in Tech as the membership chair and, in this position, inspires others with her endless energy.
