This is the official Women in Tech London Relaunch, in celebration of International Women's Day!

With International Women's Day fast approaching, we want to celebrate the progress we have all made by improving gender balance within the technology industry, through acts of courage, determination and collaboration through communities such as this!

However we must address the elephant in the room. Are we good enough? Should we even be here? Will they find out I'm an imposter?...

Keynote Speaker:

Jodi Rilot | Rilot Consulting & Coach at NewDay

Jodi established her career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), leading change programmes for 10 years for clients such as BT, Barclays, Department of Work and Pensions and L&G. She specialised in change management.
Jodi went on to join an in-house organisation effectiveness team at BAA. Here she built experience in construction-driven change. In her time at the Football Association, Jodi shaped the CEO’s Football First culture change agenda.
At ITV Jodi's role as HR Director, Transformation focused on the employee engagement aspects of the CEO’s transformation agenda. At Openreach, BT as Director of People and Change, Jodi shaped culture change and leadership programmes. In her last two years at BT, Jodi coached selected members of the senior leadership team (top 100).

Harriet helps organisations engage with diverse technical communities to raise their profile and share their story. Harriet is passionate about raising awareness about Gender Balance and Neurodiversity by supporting organisations in understanding that by hiring Diverse Teams they are creating their own opportunity for growth and innovation.

Candyce Costa | Digital Marketing and Social Media Consultant, Digital Business Women eMagazine Founder and CEO and Women in Tech UK Ambassador.

Candyce Costa is a Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist and the founder of Digital Business Women, an e-Magazine for promoting, inspiring and motivating digital and tech women around the globe. She is also the UK Ambassador to Women in Tech, with a mission to close the gap and help women embrace technology.
Her 15 years’ experience in management, sales and marketing has helped the likes of X-Box, Microsoft, Cisco, Xerox and more recently the International Conference and Exhibition experience increases in marketing and sales and better brand positioning. She specialise in strategies where Sales and Marketing would work together to become a very powerful tools not only to generate new business opportunities and growth but also to establish brands, create strong business relationships and social media influence.
Recently, she has been a guests in podcasts, interviews and panels, and took part in books about Leadership, Social Engagement and Community, and Impostor Syndrome in Her Way to the Top.

Eddie Jaoude | Senior FullStack Developer, Diversity Advocate & Founder of DashboardHub

Eddie is passionate for open source, coding, remote working, startups, diversity and inclusion. In recent years Eddie has trended on GitHub with some of the big players like Twitter, Facebook, Angular etc and has been one of the top 500 open source contributors world wide.

Eddie runs a YouTube channel to encourage more people to get involved in tech as he believe that tech is for everyone, this is why I am always happy to provide mentoring, especially to women and minorities in tech.

Eddie is also the founder of DashboardHub, the open-source platform that makes your deployment pipeline more transparent, by ensuring everybody on your team is on the same page.
