Sandra is a fintech entrepreneur, blockchain / crypto keynote speaker, hackathon judge, crypto trader, angel investor and advisor, focusing on delivering financial access and products to people and communities using technology to enable next generation market infrastructure and financial products.
At UWINCorp, Sandra is working on an asset registry services and trading marketplace blockchain project focusing on physical commodity markets. She brings over 15 years of global capital markets, derivatives and market infrastructure experience. She is the former Executive Director, Head of Digitization at CME Group. Sandra founded and was responsible for the firm’s digital assets and blockchain / distributed ledger technology (DLT) initiatives, including bitcoin futures and index pricing prices. Previously as Head of Foreign Exchange (FX) and Metals Research and Product Development, she was responsible for the global development of CME Group’s FX and Metals solutions for listed and cleared OTC products.
Sandra was named to the Innovate Finance, Women in Fintech 2016 Power List and holds directorships / founding memberships on several industry boards including Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), Mauritius Blockchain Center of Excellence (MBCE), as well as advises Avar Robotics (industrial robotics), AlphaPoint (crypto trading/ blockchain), Ohanae (identity & data encryption), SendFriend (remittance start up), and others. Recently, Sandra has accepted and joined the US State Department’s Speakers Bureau as a blockchain technology expert. She is also a former Treasurer and founding board director of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) and founding member of the Post Trade Distributed Ledger Group (PTDL).

Tongtong Gong is Chief Operating Officer at Amberdata, a platform for monitoring, searching, analyzing public and private blockchain. Amberdata enables operational intelligence for blockchain infrastructure, transactions and Dapps. Prior to co-founding Amberdata, Ms. Gong served as VP of Engineering at Unified. She led the build out of the company’s core business intelligence SaaS offering in cross-platform data attribution, analytics and reporting for social advertising with more than $1 Billion under management.
Prior to Unified, Ms. Gong held a variety of engineering and leadership roles at Acxiom, where she established a Global Service Center in China. Additionally, she led an innovation and advanced development team for the CTO office at EMC.
With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Gong has extensive background in building and managing distributed systems at scale for enterprises, and has led advanced development teams focusing on incubating new businesses for major software players. Her teams have successfully built high-performance computing platforms and marketing analytics software for both offline and digital markets.
Ms. Gong holds an M.B.A. from University of Central Arkansas and a B.S. in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, with Minor in Marketing from Harding University.
