We don’t BECOME entrepreneurs, we ARE entrepreneurs.

Details

I believe that the entrepreneurial spirit is one that is engrained within us. We don’t become entrepreneurs, we ARE entrepreneurs. From the day I started exploring what my path would be in life, I knew I wanted something different from the “norm”. A 9 to 5, with as little as one week of vacation a year, was an idea I simply couldn’t wrap my mind around. I desired freedom, passion, purpose and a life I could look back on and say I truly “lived”. That is the heart of an entrepreneur and along my journey I have met many others just like me.

The entrepreneur journey is one filled with tremendous joy when we are able to find what we yearn for. However, BEING an entrepreneur, and being true to who we are, also means at times working even harder than the 9 to 5ers. We battle entrepreneur guilt, work late hours, take financial and business risks, put ourselves out there, and so much more. That is the realness and truth behind our journey. I am thrilled to join the Women in Connection group, get to know this powerful group of women and explore together what it means to BE an entrepreneur and how together we can stay routed in the WHY behind the beautiful journey we have chosen to take.
