What we're about
If you want to build circuits and you identify as female, come solder with us!
We offer inexpensive workshops to learn electronics fundamentals and build fun projects.
We also have free Solder, Stitch, & Code meetups to hangout while working on individual projects in an informal group setting.
Don't have a project yet? You're still welcome to join us! When we hang out, it's a social get-together and a show-and-tell, so you'll definitely be occupied. We'd love to hear about your interests and share what we're up to. We recommend bringing a laptop, if you can, for looking things up online.
This is also a great place to work on Arduino and e-textile projects.
About our Meet Up photo: We made LED cuff bracelets during a recent circuit building workshop and I asked participants to send me photos of themselves with their finished bracelets. Member Angeleah Daidone (http://www.meetup.com/Womens-Electronics-Workshop/members/13803350/) sent this self-portrait of herself as Rosie the Riveter. You rawk, Angeleah!
