I am planning my return to teaching and would like to test my approach of fusing relevant exercise with education and coaching techniques from NLP & CBT within the one session. This is tailored to particular life phases or circumstances.
Initially, I'm looking for 10 women in their 40's, who would like to understand more about the natural changes occurring within this phase of life, and how to explore simple life shifts to thrive and significantly influence the ageing process . Media in our culture portrays the time a woman moves away from the child-bearing years as decline, which is simply not true. It is a time to refocus more on self, and what you want! The 40's, and beyond are very powerful years, and the world needs our wisdom. This meet up will be practical, and incorporate exercise to influence metabolism, simple pilates, yoga, small does of education, and a relaxed coaching element. Maybe you are gaining weight, and the usual methods of shifting it aren't working. Maybe you can't sleep well anymore, or you feel tired all of the time. Let's put some clarity into what's happening and shift the fear.
It will be great to gather a group going through this life phase, and also to help me refine what teaching methods work the best.
