Friday at Sandy Ridge

This is an intermediate/advanced level, no drop ride, it is not for beginners. Plan is to start with Communication Breakdown- to Quid Pro Flow, Three Thirty Eight, Two Table Tops, Lower Hide-n-Seek. it is my first ride of the season, so MELLOW is key. Knee and/or elbow pads and full face helmet is recommended, but not required. Dude friends, SO's are welcome.
