What we're about

The purpose of this group is to help women overcome the challenges and obstacles they have been facing dealing with a Narcissist in their life. Whether it is a parent or a toxic relationship I help women recover from the trauma caused by a narcissist by practicing self-love and self-respect, setting better boundaries, and building healthy relationships so they can confidently take back control of their life. The group meets weekly in my office in Sherman Oaks from 6:30-7:30pm.
