What we're about
Welcome to the WOMENS SMALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (WSBA) - South Carolina.
WSBA is a resources for women to connect, learn practical and professional strategies from nationally and locally recognized experts, and network with peers.
Our mission: To become a valuable resource to business women, by helping and stimulating small and start up business throughout PA., through networking, opportunities, and education.
One of the most important goals of the WSBA is to foster women's economic independence by helping them develop skills needed for entrepreneurial success. WSBA believes strongly that self-employment is a viable and a needed option for all women.
Each WSBA Chapter is developed within counties, so each state will have several chapters. The Horry chapter is the first chapter to develop in South Carolina. WSBA consistently has an interest in developing new chapters when there are 10 or more ladies from one county, that have an interest in having a WSBA chapter in their area. The leadership structure is as follows, starting from 1st leadership position then developing into top leadership position.
- Hostess and Co-Hostess
- Chapter Director
- State Director
Each position offers compensation with the potential to earn more. If you have an interest in joining our leadership team, please contact Kimberly Smith at Kimfitnesschic@gmail.com
