Welcome to W3K! You are being welcomed from like-minded, independent, fun-loving women in the NOVA/DC area that enjoy a fulfilling life without children. This is a Women Only Group. We encourage you to be involved with ideas, suggestions and hosting. Please contact the organizer if you are interested in becoming an event host.

We kindly request that you do not solicit at our events.

NO SHOW POLICY: Given many of our events involve reservations and/or involve a small number of attendees, we request that you manage your RSVP responsibly. If you “no show” for two events then you will be removed from the group. "No showing" includes canceling within 4 hours of the event.

MEMBERSHIP: If you do not visit our meetup's website for 6 months, we are going to assume your time has become limited or your interests have changed. Therefore, you will be removed from the group, but you can feel free to rejoin.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you hereby agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from any and all group events. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold any of the group organizers liable for any injury, loss, or damage to yourself, your guests, property arising directly or as a consequence from group activity. During any and all events Members are Responsible for Themselves. The Organizer(s) is not responsible or liable for the safety of the participant(s), any misfortunes, accidents, etc. We will try our best to prevent accidents, but are not responsible or liable if something happens to you. The Organizer(s) shall not be held responsible if any member chooses to participate in their own social activity with any of the members on their own time outside from the group meetup events. By joining Wonderful Women Without Kids, being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids, and/or by attending Wonderful Women Without Kids activities and events you acknowledge the RELEASE OF LIABILITY information as stated above and accept these terms.

COVID-19: You may NOT attend a Wonderful Women Without Kids activity or event if:

- You are experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell;

- If you have traveled internationally within the last 14 days;

- If you have traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days;

- If you believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19; and

- If you have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.

You must bring a face mask with you to all Wonderful Women Without Kids events and activities and wear it when appropriate - as requested by the event organizer.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver: By joining Wonderful Women Without Kids, being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids, and/or by attending Wonderful Women Without Kids activities and events you acknowledge the below COVID-19 Liability Waiver and accept these terms:

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. You further acknowledge that the Meetup Group, “Wonderful Women Without Kids,” and its organizers can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, “Wonderful Women Without Kids,” organizers, attendees at “Wonderful Women Without Kids” activities/events, and their families.

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you voluntarily chose to attend “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup group activities and events and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup group activities and events.

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you attest that:

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids you hereby release and agree to hold “Wonderful Women Without Kids,” Meetup organizers harmless from, and waive on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to yourself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act by the “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup organizers, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup activities and/or events.

By being a member of Wonderful Women Without Kids, you understand that this release discharges “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup organizers from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup group with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any activity and/or event held by the “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup group. This liability waiver and release extends to all “Wonderful Women Without Kids” Meetup organizers.

You will be purchasing a ticket for two FOS events - the new SUPER Screams Haunted Trail AND the Slaughter Factory Haunted House.

You will NOT be able to pick and chose different combinations of events this year.

The one ticket you purchase is called the “Screams Pass” and will be their only offering and will include both their new Super Trail (Trail of Terror and Haunted Trail COMBINED) and the incredible Slaughter Factory Haunted House.

NOTICE: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. Read this document carefully and in its entirety. By signing this agreement, you give up your right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for personal injury or property damage as described below.
WARNING AND DISCLAIMER: The event referred to as the “Field of Screams Maryland” and its owners, operators and managers reserve the right to refuse admissions to anyone. You should not enter the trail, house or compound if you suffer from physical ailments such as asthma or seizures or have any type of heart condition, are pregnant or have any form of mental disability including claustrophobia or have any indication you may have an issue with any. The trail, haunted house, compound, games, parking lots and all other areas associated with the Field of Screams Maryland attraction are dark, uneven, steep, slippery, rocky and have tripping hazards and may present the potential for injury, damage to your property or even death. This is a primitive dirt area with trails and paths in darkened areas, forests and structures. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment that may include you being bumped, touched or struck by a prop or actor. You may decide to participate in other activities the Field of Screams Maryland including ax throwing or other games or activities such as bonfires or s’more making of which you also assume those associated and obvious risks. Field of Field of Screams Maryland is intended to be extremely scary and frightening and may not be suitable for young children or others. By entering the grounds of the Field of Screams Maryland event, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself and/or your children to be electronically monitored and video taped which can be used in the marketing of our events or during any investigations, at the discretion of the Field of Screams Maryland and its owners, managers and operators.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK
I acknowledge and understand the following: By entering the Field of Screams Maryland, participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk to myself and/or to my children, of injury, harm and loss associated with the activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of Field of Screams Maryland, OBGC, SHP Corp, their employees, agents, officers and directors, and any organizers or sponsors of this event.
WAIVER, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION & COVENANT NOT TO SUE

CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 WARNING & DISCLAIMER
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and personal protection efforts including frequent hand-washing and wearing face coverings at all times outside the home. When entering the grounds of Field of Screams Maryland, social distancing must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19.

ALTHOUGH, Field of Screams Maryland and/or its owners, operators, managers, employees and agents (“FOS”), have implemented protocols and put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, FOS cannot guarantee that you and/or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 when entering the grounds and participating in Field of Screams Maryland. In addition, such participation may increase your and/or your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

COVID-19 MEDICAL CERTIFICATION
I certify that the Participant does not have an elevated temperature or otherwise exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, is in good health, and has no conditions or impairments which would preclude his/her safe participation in Field of Screams Maryland.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK
I acknowledge and understand the following:

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks that my child(ren) and/or I may be exposed to, or infected by COVID-19 by participating at FOS, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risks of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at FOS may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Field of Screams Maryland, OBGC, SHP Corp, their employees, agents, officers and directors, and any organizers or sponsors of this event and other attendees at FOS and their families.

As described by the Washington National Opera (WNO), this celebratory homecoming to the Opera House features musical grandeur from the likes of Rossini’s William Tell, Verdi’s Nabucco, Wagner’s Tannhäuser, and more. You won’t want to miss this star-studded cast led by WNO Principal Conductor Evan Rogister and backed by WNO’s Orchestra and Chorus, including the WNO debut of opera superstar Pretty Yende, returning WNO favorites Isabel Leonard, Lawrence Brownlee, and Alexandria Shiner, and the anticipated company debuts of ascendant heldentenor David Butt Philip and towering bass-baritone Christian Van Horn.

This event is in honor of the WNO's beloved patron, the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The WNO family will perform segments from the Justice’s favorite operas and commemorates her great contributions to American ideals.
