A Tour of WooCommerce Admin with Jeff Stieler (Virtual Event)

Welcome to the official WooCommerce Phoenix Meetup group! We're so excited to bring you this meetup back to the Valley after an extended hiatus. We hope you'll find value in this group and that you'll get involved!

This month, Jeff Stieler, a WooCommerce engineer working for Automattic, will be presenting "A Tour of WooCommerce Admin".

The WooCommerce Admin plugin was first announced in late 2018 boasting such features as new reports, notifications, and a revamped dashboard. While initially published for early adopters that wanted to test new features, it is now included with core WooCommerce installs (as of version 4.0). In this talk, Jeff breaks down what core features come from WooCommerce Admin and how developers are using the platform it provides in their extensions.

Jeff travels full-time with his Airstream and works on WooCommerce for Automattic. He has 12 years of experience developing with WordPress and has been most recently working on hybrid React-based plugins. When he isn’t mixing up PHP and JavaScript syntax, Jeff can be found mountain biking, snowboarding, or dragging his trailer around North America.
