We will focus on health improvement through practice of ancient Chinese arts of self development: Qigong, Tai Ji Chen Family style and Gong Fu Long Hu Quan.
Practicing safe meditative exercises, breathing techniques selected in a way of the most practical way we will be able to create for ourselves regular routine of exercises and meditation that will bring us to healthy state of our body, mind and spirit; help to deal with stress level in our life, give great harmonious workout to our body and just enjoy morning quitness of the nature becoming part of it.
I am just starting this group and content may be adjusted based on interest of practitioners - from meditation to self -defense skills.

Join us for morning Tai Ji Quan practice! Great exercise for your body and mind outdoors that can improve your health, fitness level. gain muscle and tendons strength, flexibility. calm and strong mind, and spirit. Depends on weather condition - dress appropriately. If there will be raining - we are still going to practice under the cover (picnic area near parking lot) For those not familiar with Qigong (practice with energy), Tai Ji Quan (taichichuan -"Supreme Ultimate Boxing") practice - you will get plenty workout for you body and heart, for your spirit and mind via dynamic meditation while being able to adjust to your fitness level to feel comfortable. This is the best practice for all ages with different interest: health, fitness,self-defense/martial art, meditation. Effect you will get: stronger muscles, tendons and bones, increased flexibility and stamina, strong and calm spirit, improved cardiovascular function, joints and spine health, energy boost and many more... For those who are interested in both: it is a great combination, while for some it can be one choice. I feel that 2 hour class is not enough to cover both disciplines.
