What we're about

All too often we come across, are recommended or recommend self-help books. This group is designed with the intent to connect and discuss the message and insight gained from the book being reviewed. Hearing other people's thoughts and take-away, along with any critics, can help broaden our perspective on the material and help us process what we gained from the content.

This club is good for mental health professional who are looking for different perspectives on books they recommend to their patients and for individuals on their journey of personal growth who may benefit from discussing how the material applies to their life.
