WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and wear comfortable clothing. If interested, bring images/representations of health and wellness to lay out around you, during the session. -ie, photos of wellness or inspiration, oracle cards, books on health, etc.
**Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior.

Learn how to massively transform your belief system with the power of Breathwork! Let’s dissolve any beliefs holding you back about your health. Healing occurs in the present moment, so let’s get breathing.

The most common word shared after my class is "amazing." Many have said it's "life-changing." Everyone's experience is different and no two classes are ever the same. Come be part of an amazing community of like-minded individuals.........

And if you are nervous to come alone, don't worry; So many members have shared that coming alone is actually great! Most instances it's better! You get to go inward, have your emotional release and don't need to think/worry about anyone else. This is all about putting your self first, practicing self-care and self-love like never before.

HOW DO YOU DO IT? We are balancing the nervous system by just breathing, lying face up on the floor, with an easy 3 step technique. We use the belly and mouth to take in lots of oxygen and move trapped energy out of the body. I'll teach you the 3 step process, check on you throughout the class and guide you the whole time. This active meditation is unique because it has great music and motivation (me!) so it's not the boring, quiet meditation you're used to.

**Bonus!!! -I’m adding 10 minutes of gentle yoga to the beginning, in order for you to better focus, ground and calm your body.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
-Calm your mind by lowering stress hormones cortisol, adrenaline and vasopressin and increasing the “feel-good” hormones, oxytocin and prolactin.
-Increase oxygen levels in your blood by changing the PH and creating more alkalinity in the body.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
JEANNIE is a Credentialed Teacher, Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator, Sound Healer, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and Functional Nutritional Guide (through Mind Body Green.) She's a Health Coach who has been on a wellness journey for over 15 years. She's spent over a decade immersed in the personal growth and wellness community.
