Do you like to get out for a social run/walk followed by hanging out over a beer and food? Would you get out and exercise more often if it was fun and with good people? Would you like a no pressure atmosphere where you can take your exercise as seriously, or not, as you want? Then this group is for you. Get up, get out, get some exercise, and then celebrate with friends over a few bevvies and snacks.
