What we're about

This is a support group for those that are struggling to heal from a narcissistic abusive relationship. Ending the constant struggle to find meaning and closure is the beginning of recovery. Learning how to go No Contact. Understand narcissism and the hidden abuse that slowly convinces you to question your own instincts and who you are as a worthy, lovable human being. No matter the age, background or circumstances, all narcissists exhibit the exact same behaviors. We are part of the destructive path they eventually leave behind (discard). Together we can heal, be happy and begin to LIVE again.
