WordPress Adelaide August Meetup

The August meetup will feature Junaid Bhura (https://www.meetup.com/WordPress-Adelaide/members/9653197/)presenting about permalinks in WordPress.

Permalinks are responsible for the structure of the URLs on our WordPress sites, so learning how to implement custom permalinks via themes and plugins is a great tool to have under your belt.

The main presentation of the August meetup has a technical focus (for developers etc)

There will be some basic info about permalinks and the options available to us out the box in WordPress, but the majority of the talk will be focussed on implementing custom permalinks, so will be more suited to developers and site builders comfortable with writing PHP code.

On Tuesday night from 6:30pm, the meetup will be held at Frame Creative, 221 Gilber St, Adelaide.

For people new to WordPress we run an optional 'WordPress 101' session before the main talk.

This is a free meetup, including a speaker and networking/socialising time with pizza provided. Space is always limited so it is essential to RSVP as soon as possible.
