Global WordPress Translation Day 3

Global WordPress Translation Day is a 24-hour global event dedicated to the translation of the WordPress ecosystem (core, themes, plugins).

This is a unique and innovative event - a cool mix of digital and physical: first, there is going to be a 24-hour livestream on wptranslationday.org (https://wptranslationday.org/) that will provide inspiration and training to both coders and translators on localising and internationalising. In addition to that, we will come together in Cape Town to learn about internationalisation (i18n) and localisation (l10n), as well as to translate WordPress, plugins, and themes.

At last year's Translation Day (https://www.meetup.com/WordPress-Cape-Town/events/235346083/), we had a lot of fun and made some significant headway in translating WordPress into a number of different South African languages.
