WordPress Global Translation Day: Afrikaans, English_ZA and isiXhosa

WordPress Global Translation Day is a great way to give back to WordPress.

No prior knowledge or experience with translation is necessary, but if you want to do some reading before our event:

No promises: But we are working to get a Xhosa and Zulu translation started before 12 November. (If you speak another African language or two and would like to get a translation started for it, you can get the process started here:

- Getting Started Guide: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/about/get-involved/first-steps/ ;

Translating WordPress is a great way to get involved and contribute back. On WordPress Global Translation Day, you will not only have help from local Translation Editors, but also many polyglots from the wider WordPress community across from the world.
Let's translate together!

As always there will be Pizza, coffee and Ice Tea compliments of our generous sponsors.
