When you leave this Meetup, you'll feel comfortable creating custom plugins and adding them to your WordPress website, even if your knowledge of coding is limited to copying and pasting.
I'm a contract web developer who writes custom WordPress plugins for a living, and I'll explain how plugins work before creating a few examples.

Getting to The Candy Factory is easiest when you ignore the address and think of your destination as, "behind the Alley Kat bar." Technically, it's N Market Street between Lemon & Walnut Streets. There is off-street parking.
