Ulrich (@grapplerulrich (https://twitter.com/grapplerulrich)) is a dedicated WordPress core contributor (https://profiles.wordpress.org/grapplerulrich) and is an admin of the Theme Review Team. He is a founder of @WPBern and @WPZOO.
He has also spoken at several WordPress events, most recently at WordCamp Tokyo 2016 (https://2016.tokyo.wordcamp.org/session/reality-of-contributing-to-open-source-20min/) just over a week a go!
The session topic for the meetup is TBD -- we are currently deciding between technical and non-technical ones. Please let us know your preference when you RSVP.
• Theme Review guidelines/theme development best practices
• His WordPress origin story (how he learned & got involved)
Time: Starts at 7 pm, ends at 9 pm-ish. We will likely to go to a nearby izakaya for drinks/food after that.
Format: Probably a seminar style with some discussions
Charge: ¥1,000/per person
As usual, this includes the standard usage fee of the coworking space. If you wish, you can use the space before the meetup with no additional charge (open 10 am to 9 pm on weekedays).
All presentations and discussions will be in English.
このイベントはすべて英語で行われます。参加したら英語の練習にもなるかも!?

How to get to Coworking Space Kayabacho, Co-Edo
Nearest station is Kayaba-cho Station (Hibiya-line and Tozai-line)
From the station, it is about 3 min. walk. You can find Co-Edo on the maps at Kayabacho Station.
From the Exit #3:
Walk straight to the direction of Starbucks. Walk pass Starbucks, and go over the short bridge. Walk pass Cafe Veloce, and it is the next building. The building is named "PA building (PAビル)", and we are on the 5th floor.
From the Exit #4 or #5:
Go across the road to Starbucks, and it is same as above from there.
