Getting Started With Advanced Custom Fields for Absolute Beginners

Welcome to the tenth Meetup event for WordPress Port Macquarie in 2019!

Our presenter this month will be Tracey Kemp.

In this presentation you’ll learn why adding custom fields to your website can give you added flexibility and how you can get started without knowing any code.

You’ll learn how custom fields can be implemented in various ways including the Gutenberg editor, page builders such as Beaver Builder and Elementor, site-wide settings, WooCommerce pages and finally, how knowing a little bit of html can really open up the possibilities.

This is a beginner level talk with a more advanced level showcase at the end where you’ll learn how to dip your toes into creating your own templates if you want to take it further.
