UX 101: Intro to User Experience and Applying it to your Websites

You may have heard terms such as usability, user experience or user centered designed, but don’t really know what they are or what they mean.

This talk is to introduce you to the wonderful world of UX. During this talk, we’ll review the five key disciplines of the user experience process. Yes, it is a process and not a methodology. We will also cover techniques and tools of each discipline.

So bring your questions and if there’s time maybe we’ll workshop a site.

The ultimate goal of UX is to ensure a great user experience. That’s why we apply these disciplines to our sites and apps.
