Contracts and Support Agreements: Open Discussion

We'll look at contracts and support agreements from both sides of the process:

• what do you, as an entrepreneur, need to include in your contract to protect you from being taken advantage of, and
• what do you as a client, need to see in a contract to make sure you're not left out in the cold if something goes wrong

Discussions on both side of this equation have come up frequently at our Ask Us Anything's and we felt it was a good idea for folks to get a good handle on project work and support work from both perspectives. We'll also be putting together a good, things to look for or put into your contracts, so you can have a working document for your next project.
