Make your WordPress site quicker - Tips from USA Today

If your like most people, you care about how well your WordPress site runs and want to keep running as fast as possible. As you continue to make better quality products, this can take longer to do than originally intended. During my talk, I'll go over the things we do at USA Today to keep our sites running quickly and how we integrate with WordPress.com VIP in order to meet those demands. In addition, I’ll go over the most important things you can do to make your sites load quickly and what you can do to make that happen now.

OPENING PRESENTATION: Monetize Your WordPress Content using AdTechMedia Plugin

AdTechMedia is an advertising platform with micropayments capabilities for media content monetization. Our white labeled product runs on publishers and content providers websites, in a completely native look and feel approach. In this session we'll walk through recently published plugin on WordPress.org that enables WordPress website owners to generate complementary revenue. We'd like to share our technical case study and learn from other developers experience.

Eugene Istrati has spent over two decades as a technologist in a variety of industries, including digital media, cloud computing, and reputation marketing. Before starting AdTechMedia, Eugene worked as Director of Engineering at Hearst Corporation and Program Manager at Amazon Web Services. He holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
