Session 1:
Custom tailor your Microsoft Teams experience! - by Luise Freese:

We heard it all before - you can't just roll-out M365 services but really need to take into account user's needs- which means that they do not only need feature-based training, but also need to discus their old and desired new working behaviors. Usually we do this in so-called collaboration contract workshops, where a business consultant helps a team to understand the idea behind working with M365 and gives them a clue how working with M 365 could be successul for them. Questions like 'How will we structure our files? Which metadata do we need?', 'Which processes do we need to deal with', what are our expectations regarding availability and usage of different tools' are usually discussed in those workshops and the result leads to a document, which will be pinned to the Teams to make onboarding of new team members easier as it describes the way of working.

Luise did not only templatize this workshop, but also put it into an app, which guides the team owner-to be through the questions and provisions as a last step exactly the described experience this team needs in Microsoft Teams, with channels, custom tabs, apps and additional libraries and lists.

This app is an example how Microsoft Graph can be leveraged in Power Platform.

Session 2:
5 rules to mitigate Office Macro risks - by Thomas Kurth:

In every company there is always the fight against macros which are normally a high security risk, but already resigned during implementation also a big business accelerator. This session will demonstrate how you can configure your modern workplace to mitigate risks through the defense in depth concept and how you can monitor usage of Macros on a modern managed workplace including MEMCM, Intune, MDATP and DesktopAnalytics. You will learn how you can improve the overall security in your company without restricting your end-users productivity.
