Laughter Yoga is the unique concept that anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on jokes, humour or comedy.
Using eye contact and childlike playfulness, it can soon turn into real and contagious laughter.
It is called Laughter Yoga as it combines role-playing everyday activities carried out with laughter and deep breathing exercises, bringing more oxygen into the body and brain and making participants feel more energetic and healthy.
Each year on the first Sunday in May, people practice Laughter Yoga around the world with the intention of promoting World Peace.
