World Peace Yoga School(RYS200 and RYS500) offers traditional yoga teacher training courses in India. The offered courses, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and 300 hour and 500 hour YTTC cover deeper study of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Postures. The curriculum of Yoga Teacher Training includes daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama along with the weekly practice of Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga and Laughter Yoga. All the classes are conduct under the expert guidance of traditional yoga gurus who have rich experience of teaching yoga to students of varied levels.
