FYI I'm a Worthing based therapist and medium, and have worked professionally with clients and students, both here and overseas, over the last twenty years. I was a non-medical practitioner with the Sussex Nuffield at Woodingdean and have organised many Corporate Relaxation Days for Hospitals and businesses. You will learn how to identify the symptoms of stress in yourself and in others, how to tune into your body's needs, develop simple techniques to balance and harmonise the mind and body, and gain many valuable skills along the way in a fun, relaxed and informative group:

Open to all adults though there will be an opportunity for families to work together later on. This is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people and enjoy practising on each other to develop valuable life-skills.

Bring water, yoga mat, light blanket and pillow if possible, wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove footwear. Anyone with a known medical condition that may affect their ability to participate in group exercises should inform the organiser.
