We hold weekly meetups in our retreat centre where we have a facilitator who shares on a topic to do with personal development and spirituality. Meditation is usually a part of it. There is also time for tea/coffee and biscuits and interaction with like minded people

We’re almost always dealing with someone in our life who brings negativity. Does the negativity drain your energy? Create unnecessary stress in your life? Now, you can’t always avoid or block out negative people, but you can get better at dealing with people’s negativity. Join us for strategies on: how not to let the negativity cloud your mind or bring you down how to respond reflectively, not reactively and deal with the person more positively Speaker: Indu Gulliani Indu has a rare talent for translating simple but ancient spiritual truths into everyday life and everyday language. She is a highly gifted speaker on spiritual development and spiritual truths and shares in a warm and engaging way. She is presently the activities co-ordinator at our large and busy Centre in Leicester.

“For relaxation and peace of mind” Previously known as 'Learn to Meditate' Join us for this light and simple meditation session which is great whether you are a beginner or experienced meditator. Sessions will be every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 8.15pm. As this is not a course you can attend as and when you want. This has now been changed to an online event only.
