Mikki Harris, Director of Momentum Business Support Ltd
'The Art of Being Efficient During the Age of Digital'

The last few years have seen a large majority of us move from busy workspaces to home ‘offices’ and the use of digital tools, communication software and cloud facilities has increased significantly. Whilst there are many to choose from, the trick is not so much in what you choose to use, but more how you use them effectively.

In her talk, Mikki will explain ‘the art of being efficient’ and link this with using the right digital tools to enable teams and collaborators to 3x their productivity.

Mikki is the owner and Managing Director of MOMENTUM Business Support Ltd, established in January 2013. MOMENTUM are the original remote working experts, supporting businesses with all back office functions, including; PA and administration services, digital marketing and social media management, credit control and bookkeeping, HR and recruitment, customer and insight research and much more in between! With a history in training, project management and senior corporate management, Mikki has honed her skills in efficiency, increasing output/ ROI by at least 3x with any teams she works with.

Tim Jameson, Founder of MakeLifeClick
'Creating a Brighter Future by Flipping Existing Business Models'

Tim will be delving into the world of social media, especially from the perspective of younger generations. We'll explore "the attention economy", and ways in which we can flip existing business models to create a brighter future.

He will touch on something called "a benefit mindset" and its potential to radically change culture and the ways we interact online.

Tim will introduce his business journey so far with MakeLifeClick, getting real about what he's learned, the challenges, and how partnership with like-minded Social Entrepreneurs will be key to next steps.

Key takeaways will focus around:

  • The battle for our attention
  • Reimagining social media
  • Reclaiming the power of human-centric community
  • The need for control
  • Self-belief and swimming against the tide
  • You're never too old
  • The incredible potential of Community Interest Companies (CICs)
  • Money as a tool
  • Starting local
  • What next?

ABOUT TIM:
"I'm married to Charlotte, proud dad to 3 children and I love living in Worthing!

I always struggle to explain what I do professionally as I wear many different hats. I'm essentially a business consultant, with a background in digital service provision and operations management (not as boring as it sounds!).

I'm currently working with a range of customers, including a global sports charity and science and technology apprenticeships provider.

Outside of work, I'm dreaming of something called MakeLifeClick, with a vision to reimagine mainstream social media."
