Content designers and technical writers – differences and similarities!

For our next meetup, I’d like to invite you to a panel discussion with Yvette Harrington, Mary Attridge, and Luaithrenn Dempsey.

Yvette, Mary, and Luaithrenn are content designers at IBM. As a technical writer, I’m curious to find out where the roles of content designers and technical writers overlap, but also, where they differ.
What process do content designers follow to create information?
How does UX writing fit in?
How can we improve our approach to writing?
And most importantly, what can we learn from each other?
