What would documentation look like if it were a utility, instead of a deliverable?
I would like to do a round table about “Documentation as a utility”, e.g. documentation/self-service as a Cloud service, what would that look like how could it work, is it even possible...
Since Mozilla is moving offices, I think this meetup would be better at another location. Since this is a round-table, we can easily do it at a public place. We've chosen Camino, a tapas bar near King's Cross.
Kevin Kelly just published a new book "The inevitable" about 12 technology trends that are shaping our world. If you have the time, I would recommend reading it before our discussion. I'm now through chapter 1 to 4, and the chapters Cognifying and Flowing really resonate with some of the ideas about radically different documentation systems and formats that I've been thinking about. http://kk.org/books/the-inevitable/
